House Swap is a form of Vacation Rental. We have hundreds of Vacation Rental Owners and Managers who rent out their properties but once or twice a year go on holidays themselves and make their properties available for house swap. Enabling House Swap option on your Vacation Rental listing will attract may more clients who may or may not be compatible with your swap dates and who may end up filling out a rental enquiry which in turn will help your paid bookings if you're the owner. Owners can also opt for House-Swap only option when signing up.

Make their stay a blast by learning more about them and then providing activity options that match their interests. From best surfing beaches to the hidden sights only known to locals to the best ski slopes- leave them plenty of info on what to do and where to go!

Your guests will have the chance to review the house swap experience and make sure they only have good things to write about. Clean house is a must- have so spend some time and money having it professionally prepared for the stay. Arrange optional cleaning by leaving your cleaner's phone number.

Communicate respect

You might have some requirements and needs. Make sure to ask for everything in advance as it will surely prevent any misunderstandings during the swap process. Respect other owner's limits and restrictions and most of all make a good impression on the neighbors by being friendly and respectful.

Your home away

Treat the property like your own- take care of plants (especially if it is in your contract), manage the utilities such as garbage and keep the surroundings clean at all times. At the same time make your guests aware of any particular duties by placing them in the contract that they sign.
