Accountability, Policy, Terms and Conditions

We believe in quality advertising and booking management services. We guarantee that your investment pays off. We will do everything possible to get you minimum 10 quality leads (enquiries) and a minimum of 2 paid bookings or you don't pay your next year's fees.

1. This offer is only available to vacation rental advertisers ("advertisers") who paid their original listing fees in full. Advertisers must agree to all Terms and Conditions contained on this website. This offer is only valid for clients who maintain good standing with RFTH by respecting all Terms and Conditions, regulations and recommendations. Advertisers whose ads have been removed by RFTH do to non-compliance or other reasons forfeit their right to participate I this promotion.

2. Quality Lead is a lead generated by a person who is genuinely interested in advertiser's property. Leads generated by spam, or other computers will not be considered quality leads.

3. The Period of 12 months begins with the moment all features of the listing received a green check mark, meaning they were completed even if it takes place after a payment for the listing has been made.

4. Paid Booking is a booking made by a third party, subsequently accepted by the owner. It is advertiser's responsibility to collect a payment from the guest. Inability to collect a payment by the owner will not affect the status of this booking in respect to this offer.

5. If within the 365 days from obtaining "Live" status by the listing, the owner received less then 10 quality leads and less then 2 bookings, he or she is entitled to apply for a full credit towards next year's advertising cost, regardless of any change in such advertising cost charged by RFTH.
