Guest Cancellation Policy

Simple. Let me know at least 14 days before your arrival date and you will receive a full refund, otherwise your refund will be prorated as outlined below.

Damage Deposit and Deposit Return

Although no damage deposit is required, you will be required to fill out and sign documentation that indicates that you are responsible for any damage, should any occur, to the unit during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled prior to 14 days of booking, a full refund will be provided. If cancelled within 14 days of booking a refund of 50% will be provided. If cancelled within 7 days of booking no refund will be provided.
