Located on an acre of land in the middle of Victoria, British Columbia's capitol, this affordable gem is within walking distance to all that Victoria offers yet is quiet & secluded as it is surrounded by gardens. A Hobbit Studio is very centrally located, but in a safe walking area and quiet area of town. It is located next to the Government House (the English Crown's Provincial Residence), outstanding Government House Gardens. with in a short stroll to Craigdarroch Castle, 4 blocks from the beautiful Abkazi Gardens, 3 blocks from the Victoria Art Gallery, 5 blocks from Antique Row, 6 blocks to a sandy beach and 10 blocks to the Oak Bay Village and 10 blocks to the Inner Harbor and the Royal BC Museum. At the time that you reserve, we will need a deposit of one weeks stay on Visa or MasterCard. This would be a confirmed reservation so we suggest travel insurance for that unforeseen change in plans.
General Use Terms
Since A Hobbit Studio is affiliated with the Prior House Inn which has a Five Star Chef in residence, you may wish to enjoy a gourmet breakfast served either in the privacy of your suite or in the manor dining room (extra fee applies). If you wish to partake the Prir House Inn Afternoon Teas, we welcome you (extra fee applies).
Damage Deposit and Deposit Return
Damage that is due to negligency and is beyond normal wear and tear will be the guest's responsibility to remidy.
