* Cancellation policy: 60 days prior to arrival - full refund less $50 handling fee. Less than 60 days - no refund unless unit is re-rented in which case refund will be made only for those days re-rented less the $50 handling fee.
General Use Terms
* Two night minimum stay required (4 night minimum stay over Christmas). * Discounted rates available for stays 28 plus nights. Does not include holiday season (Dec 15 - Jan 5) or the month of February. Please inquire. * Check-in time is 3PM. Check-out time is 11AM. Low season late check-out available with half day charge. High season late check-out only available with full day charge. * $35 cleaning charge for less than 4 nights. * ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING BOTH INSIDE, BALCONY AND HOT TUB AREA.
