About this vacation property in San Felipe, Baja California Welcome to Casa Asilomar on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch. This one level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, has everything you could possibly want. Cool tile floors and ceiling fans accentuate the warm decor. The kitchen, with shiny white gas appliances, a breakfast/wet bar and adjacent dining table that seats four offers plenty of space for informal dining. Need some privacy or quiet time? Retire to the spacious bedrooms, which easily sleep four. In the mood for something different? Head to our resort, to play tennis, golf, swim in our heated pool, or private beach. There is also an RV hookup for your RV if you choose to travel with your RV. Quiet evenings can be spent stargazing. The area has very little ambient light to make stargazing and viewing the Milky Way and planets very relaxing. There is something for everyone this vacation!

The town is of sufficient size that a significant variety of goods and services are enjoyed by the entire populace. Guest Cancellation Policy

All payments are final. When possible, we will accommodate requests to change dates. Cancellation will result in a credit being issued, this credit may be used within 6 months of the cancellation toward another reservation.

General Use Terms

*All properties are non-smoking . *Occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. *Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.

Damage Deposit and Deposit Return

A $350 Security deposit is required. Provided no damage to property, the $350 security deposit is refunded within 3 - 5 business days after departure.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds. Cancellations prior to 30 days to arrival will result in credit towards future reservation. Cancellation within 30 days to arrival date will result in loss of all monies.
