The dining area has seating for 4 people and the kitchen has newer appliances along with everything you need to create a gourmet meal. When you are ready to relax after a long day out in town, head up to to the sun deck, or kick back under the shaded open hut, chill out with a cold beer on the front patio seating taking in the awesome views of the surrounding mountains. About the area of San Felipe About 2 hours southeast of Ensenada, the weather in San Felipe is usually about 10 degrees warmer than their Pacific coast neighbor. It is nearly always sunny in San Felipe, warm for most of the year and something of a smithy's forge in the summer months. Of course, without water there can be no community. San Felipe is blessed with clean water, drawn from an underground river located several miles south of town. The population of San Felipe is estimated at 20,000 people. This number can increase by up to 5,000 depending on part-time residents (retirees & vacation home owners) or popular weekends such as Spring Break or Memorial Day.

Guest Cancellation Policy

All payments are final. When possible, we will accommodate requests to change dates. Cancellation will result in a credit being issued, this credit may be used within 6 months of the cancellation toward another reservation.

General Use Terms

*All properties are non-smoking . *Occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. *Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.

Damage Deposit and Deposit Return

A $350 Security deposit is required. Provided no damage to property, the $350 security deposit is refunded within 3 - 5 business days after departure.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds. Cancellations prior to 30 days to arrival will result in credit towards future reservation. Cancellation within 30 days to arrival date will result in loss of all monies.
