    This quaint 2 bedroom San Felipe house is a lovely place to relax. With charming decor, this house is perfect for a family on a budget. Two Bedrooms each have a queen bed. The Kitchen is full stocked to prepare meals. Lines and towels are provided during your stay.

    Located 125 miles south of the International border between Calexico, California and Mexicali, Baja California, the primary route to San Felipe is via Mexico's Federal Highway 5. A secondary route exists via Tijuana following Highway 1 south to Ensenada, Highway 3 east to Highway 5 and south from there to San Felipe.
    The largest major metropolitan area with good airline and transportation connections is San Diego, about 5 hours
    drive by car north-west of San Felipe.

    With a population topping 25,000, this seaside community is a delightful vacation spot. Over the past several years there has been a major influx of retirees who are building homes here and cashing out on their property investments in the USA. Local businesses provide the requisite services including, but not limited to, House Design Services, Architectural Services, Construction Services, Lumber Yards and Hardware Stores.

    Guest Cancellation Policy

    All payments are final. When possible, we will accommodate requests to change dates. Cancellation will result in a credit being issued, this credit may be used within 6 months of the cancellation toward another reservation.

    General Use Terms

    *All properties are non-smoking . *Occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. *Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.

    Damage Deposit and Deposit Return

    A $350 Security deposit is required. Provided no damage to property, the $350 security deposit is refunded within 3 - 5 business days after departure.

    Cancellation Policy

    No refunds. Cancellations prior to 30 days to arrival will result in credit towards future reservation. Cancellation within 30 days to arrival date will result in loss of all monies.
