    Point Roberts, Washington, Vancouver, British Columbia: Only 5 minutes from Canada. 'Casa Bella' is only 10 minutes to the Tsawwassen ferry taking you to Victoria, Nanaimo or a variety of beautiful Gulf Islands. We are 35 minutes from downtown Vancouver, and two hours from Whistler.

    We are on a 5 square mile peninsula of land that juts out from mainland Canada, surrounded by ocean on three sides and the US-Canadian border to the north. The Natives called it "Hole in the sky" because it is one of the sunniest locations in the Pacific NW.
    NATURE LOVERS: frequent close up sightings of bald eagles, humming birds, blue herons, and many other species of birds. Late spring and summer bring the Pods of Orca whales with frequent sightings. This is PARADISE!

    If for some reason there was a problem (has never happened, but good to be prepared) I have several upgrades nearby that can be used. Friends with beautiful homes that don't normally rent will accommodate my guests.

    Damage Deposit and Deposit Return

    Photos of the house are taken before each rental for your assurance Security/damage deposit is $500 to $800. and returned within 4 days of departure with inspection
